I’ve just received a lovely email from one of my clients. She has kindly given her permission for me to post it online:

hello, sorry its taken so long to get back to you. I would just like to say a huge thankyou to yourself for being so kind to help me and shalaine after you read our story in the paper. What a difference you have made in helping us that now shalaine has more confidence in herself and she has really excelled so much that the bullies have totally backed off. iI used to wonder every time she went to school what injury she was going to come home with and what the school were going to do about it, but now shalaine comes home from school happy and excited to tell me what shes learned. the most amazing thing that has happened was that shalaine stood up for herself to one of the bullies that the girl actually apologised to shalaine and she now says hiya to her in the passing, thankyou again and i hope you excell at the great work you are doing.
